Use of Information
We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them. Examples of such information are:

Your mobile telephone number
Your email address
Your occupation

The information collected may be shared with the Exchange and unless you have clicked the “opt out button” or you have requested removal of information from our database and the database of the Exchange - as appropriate - (see below), it may be used by Investis and the Exchange to provide you with information about other products and services of Investis or the Exchange that may be of interest to you.

We may share non-personal aggregate statistics (group) data about our site including visitors’ traffic patterns with the Exchange, partners or other parties. However, unless otherwise stated we do not sell or share any information about individual users.

We may need to transfer your personal information outside the European Economic Area to an overseas office of Investis or the Exchange.

Telephone calls to Investis and the Exchange may be recorded for regulatory purposes.

Your rights
In addition to our safeguards, your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended). Removal of data
We provide the following options for users to have their personal information removed from our database, so as to not receive future communications:

(i) you can send an email to clients@investis.com
(ii) you can send mail to Investis Ltd, 24 Fashion Street, London E1 6PX.

Your personal information will be removed from our database within fourteen working days of your request.

If you would also like your information to be removed from the database(s) of the Exchange you will need to make a separate application by sending an email to irinfo@londonstockexchange.com

A reasonable fee may be charged for data removal.
